Step 1 : Make a Google Ads account 

Create a Google Ads account to get started. Click Start today on the Google Ads homepage. You can run PPC using your current Google account if you already have one.

Step 2: Decide on a Campaign Goal

Create a Campaign without a Goal's Recommendation - Select this choice if you haven't defined a goal and wish to launch any form of campaign.

Step 3: Select a Type of Campaign

Scroll down and choose the Google Ads campaign type after choosing your campaign's aim.

You can choose Search to have your advertisements appear alongside Google search results. Your advertisements will appear on various websites and online platforms as part of a display campaign.

Your advertising will appear as product recommendations in shopping options on Google. The final type is video, which will display your advertisement on YouTube.


We advise choosing Search advertisements because you're just starting started. however, you can alter the campaign type based on your objectives.

Step 4: Configure the campaign settings 
The following action is to modify your campaign parameters. Give your campaign a name to get things going.


Scroll down to see more choices, including Network.

Pro tip: Uncheck the box next to Include Google Display Network to save money. Your budget will be saved and your advertising will only show up on Google search results in this way.

You can choose the regions you want your advertisement to target under Targeting and audiences. You can select a single region or All countries, states, and territories.

You can target your advertisement after choosing the language that your target audience uses. For instance, you can choose Spanish as the language if you want people who speak Spanish to see your advertisement.

It's time to enter the budget and bid amount for your campaign in the Budget and bidding box once you've targeted your ad to the appropriate audience.

Setting a daily budget will ensure that Google Ads stays within your advertising budget and won't spend more than what you specify.

By comparing your willingness to pay per visitor with the typical conversion rate for your industry, you can easily determine your daily budget.

Set your Google Ads' bid amount after that. Clicks will be chosen by default, but you can change the selection using the dropdown menu.

You can alter your campaign's bidding strategy as well. Automated bid strategies and manual bit methods are the two main alternatives.

Google will establish the bids for whatever option you choose in the Automated strategy, including cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), maximize clicks and conversions, and more. In the Manual strategy, all the decisions are up to you.

You can choose to select extra settings after setting your budget and bids, such as an ad schedule, an ad rotation, or the use of ad extensions to boost CTR.

Click Save and Continue when you are happy with your settings.

Step 5: Setup Ad Groups 
The keywords for your advertising must be entered in order to create ad groups. These are the Google search phrases that members of your target market will use to find your website or the things you're selling.

You can enter a keyword in the Get keyword ideas section of Google Ads, and it will display a number of choices. To include the search phrases in your ad group, simply click the plus symbol.

At this point, you can utilize Google Keyword Planner to expand your ad group's keyword list. It will display the number of competitors, average monthly searches, and bid amounts for each term.

Another choice is to observe your rivals and check out their purchased keywords using SEO tools like SEMrush.

To save and continue after establishing an ad group, click Save.

Step 6: Create an advertisement

Are you now prepared to write your text ad? You can see a live preview of your ad using Google Ads.

Include the headlines and your website's ultimate URL. Google now allows you to add 3 titles to your ad, with a 30 character maximum per heading. You can also decide how your advertisement will be displayed.

Use the MonsterInsights Headline Analyzer tool if you ever feel that your headlines aren't all that captivating. It will evaluate your writing, provide you corrections, and verify the number of characters. You need MonsterInsights Plus or a higher plan in order to use the tool.


Then, choose Done and Create Text Ad after adding 2 descriptions for your ad, each of which has a character restriction of 90.

Step 7: Verify Your Ad
Take one last look before confirming your preferences in Google advertising.


Your advertisement will now appear on the Google Ads overview, where you can manage every setting. You can modify the demographic settings, stop your campaign, add and remove keywords from ad groups, and more.
